The New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD-NE”) is launching a series of educational programs for board members and CEOs in the Manchester, New Hampshire area as part of its 2006 – 2007 season. The first breakfast seminar in the series entitled “Officer and Director Liability – Is It Too Risky to Be a Director?” will take place on Thursday, September 28, 2006 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at The Event Center at C.R. Sparks in Bedford, New Hampshire. Panelists include Neil Castaldo, a Partner in the Health Law Practice Group at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP in Concord, NH and David Goldstein, Vice President of insurance broker Willis and advisor to clients on matters pertaining to directors and officers’ liability insurance. Wayne Wilson, a director of two public companies and former President and COO of PC Connection, Inc., will serve as Moderator for the panel discussion. | |
