Consolidated Communications Completes FairPoint Acquisition
Consolidated Communications completed its acquisition of FairPoint Communications in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion, including debt and based on present equity value. As part of the merger agreement, Consolidated appointed Wayne Wilson, former President, COO and CFO of PC Connection in Merrimack and member of FairPoint's board of directors, to the combined company's board of directors.

Danville Regional Foundation Appoints Wayne Wilson Chair of Financial Investment Committee
At its January 2013 regular meeting, the Board of Directors of the Danville Regional Foundation (DRF) approved the appointment of Wayne Wilson to serve as Chair of the Financial Investment Committee (FIC). The FIC assists the Board in monitoring the investment and reinvestment of DRF's investment portfolio. Wayne has been a member or Advisory Member of the FIC since 2009.

Danville Regional Foundation Elects Wilson to its Board of Directors
The Danville Regional Foundation (DRF) Board of Directors held its annual meeting Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. Wayne Wilson was appointed to a three-year term as a new Director. Wilson served as a DRF Advisory Member and as a member of the Investment Committee during 2009.

In connection with its planned emergence from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings, FairPoint Communications, a leading provider of a full range of communications services to residential and business customers including local and long distance voice, data, Internet, television and broadband services, has nominated Wayne Wilson to serve on its re-constituted board of directors effective with emergence.
FairPoint operates 32 local exchange companies in 18 states, with approximately 1.6 million access line equivalents. Its phone companies operate as the incumbent local exchange carrier in each of their respective markets. FairPoint is the largest incumbent local exchange carrier in the northern New England states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont as a result of its 2008 acquisition of the wireline business of Verizon in northern New England.

Danville Regional Foundation Appoints Wilson to Investment Committee
The Danville Regional Foundation (DRF), which seeks to develop, promote and support activities that improve the health, education and well being of the residents of the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County, VA and Caswell County, NC, has elected four Advisory Members to one-year terms. Advisory Members serve on DRF Committees and provide expertise and community insight to the Board in many capacities. Elected were: Christopher A. Carter, Gretchen B. Clark, Teresa Petty, and Wayne Wilson.
Wayne will serve as a member of the Investment Committee.
