Boy, this is dead on right about the credit crisis. I have clients that are feeling this crunch; big time.

If you are going to get a loan for your business, you will find a lot more due diligence by the bank. Of course, they do it by the numbers, but the scrutiny has increased and the approval process is much more strict. The underwriters have come to the forefront of the decision making process.

If you are going to use real estate as collateral, you will be in for a shock on how much coverage you will get.

This is nasty and will take many months to work through.
