The close of one year and the beginning of another is a good time to remember the importance of staying the course. [1] Staying the course means acting in accordance with your beliefs and plans despite criticism, setbacks or other obstacles. Staying the course means not giving up just because the process is hard.
Staying the course is like baseball – it’s a long season and what matters is your record at the end.

If you believe in something, just keep doing it!
